We can’t believe we’re already at the end of another fantastic Posidonia, but we’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many valued clients and partners.
Yesterday, we hosted a seminar entitled “How Bureau Veritas’ digital solutions reduce risk, lower costs and enhance asset value”. The session featured presentations and a panel discussion focused on the evolving role of class in a digitalized maritime industry. Our VP of Sales and Marketing Steve Grotsky moderated the panel, which was rounded out with industry experts Nikolaos Tsoulakos, Panos Theodossopoulos, Stig Holm and Hugo Renevey.
The insightful discussion emphasized the benefits digitalization can bring to the industry, including better performance visibility, improved efficiency and reduced emissions, and how class can build trust and support compliance. Sumit PAUL and Hugo Renevey covered how our digital solutions – namely remote inspection techniques, our Augmented Surveyor 3D tool and our SMART notations – can similarly increase safety and efficiency on board, and reduce emissions.
