COSCO SHIPPING Lines (Greece) S.A. becomes the first corporate office in Greece to receive Bureau Veritas Safeguard Label

COSCO SHIPPING Lines (Greece) S.A. has been awarded Bureau Veritas’ Safeguard Label for their offices in Piraeus and Thessaloniki which attests to its compliance with the highest HEALTH AND HYGIENE STANDARDS.

As part of its “Restart your Business with BV” initiative, Bureau Veritas offers  Health and Hygiene protocols, backed up by a label aimed at reassuring customers and employees to foster a fast, trustworthy restart of activities.

The Bureau Veritas SafeGuard Label is awarded based on compliance with all requirements following independent verification carried out on site by duly qualified auditors and/or inspectors.

COSCO SHIPPING Lines (Greece) S.A. is also the first Bureau Veritas Customer to use the digital platform associated with the “Restart your Business with BV” initiative, which allows for a fully digitalized audit process.

The digital platform also response to two key client needs:  traceability by providing performance indicators collected on site during the audit and transparency through a public web where the general public can verify the validity of the organization’s label.
