The ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor course combines interactive lectures, discussions, and practical exercises based on a case study, with a particular focus on the most common challenges encountered during QMS audits.
Upon successful completion of both the examination and the continuous assessment, participants receive a certificate of completion and meet the training requirements for initial certification as a CQI‑IRCA QMS Auditor.

What are the prerequisites for ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Course?
It's very recommended to have the following prior knowledge before attending this course:
a) Knowledge of:
- The Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle.
- The relationship between quality management and customer satisfaction.
- Commonly used quality management terms and definitions and the 7 Quality Principles as given in ISO 9000.
- The process approach used in quality management.
- The model of a process based Quality Management System, the structure and content of ISO 9001.
b) Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001, which may be gained by completing an CQI-IRCA, certified QMS Foundation Training course or equivalent.
